Vegan, Low fat / Low carbs / and no sugar
Serves: 2 with one small serving left over
Ingredients:
Our star ingredient 1 tablespoon of Natures Earth Works Raw Chilli Sauce
1 cup of cooked Quinoa or brown rice
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
4 heaped teaspoons of Miso paste
6 cups of filtered water
1 clove of chopped garlic
1 teaspoon of chopped ginger
1 celery stick chopped finely
1 carrot shredded
1 large mushroom chopped finely
1 cup of Broccoli flowerettes
Coriander, Celeriac or both to serve
2 Nori sheets broken up (optional)
Method:
Warm sesame oil in a large pot/pan
Lightly fry, celery, garlic, ginger, mushrooms, broccoli, and carrot
In a cup add the miso paste and a little water, stir until dissolved
Add to the pot 6 cups of water, and the miso paste
Stir
Add the star ingredient N.E.W. Chilli Sauce
1 cup of cooked quinoa or rice
Add optional Nori sheets
Stirring occasionally allow to heat, do not boil, but allow the vegetables to be slightly blanched
Take off heat
Serve:
Serve with sprigs of coriander and celeriac
Tips:
Do not let boil, this is a delicate dish with lots of natural flavour
